Wayne will tell you his greatest blessings are his wife Kathy and their two children, Katie and Will. Kathy has also become an integral part of his team sharing the same high ideals and passion.

Wayne is also an accomplished athlete and Community member. He loves endurance events such as the Ironman and triathlon competitions. Camping, Scouting and spending time with his family and friends are also priorities in his life.
